Provide Comfort & Joy This Holiday Season
Organize a team to collect wish list items and volunteer for critically ill children & their families
Comfort & Joy is our biggest donation drive of the year
Help bring holiday joy to critically ill children and their families spending the season away from home, loved ones, and traditions. Rally your friends, family, co-workers, customers, and community to raise funds and collect toys, basic necessities, and household goods.
During the holiday season, we host six RMHC Bay Area Toy Shops—including at our Stanford and Oakland Houses—and four more at or near UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital San Francisco, with satellite locations in Walnut Creek, San Ramon, and Brentwood.
With your support, we can reach even more families in need this holiday season!
Ways to Participate 
Purchase Wish List items
Purchase Wishlist items and send them directly to our regional location. Staff and volunteers will wrap and distribute gifts and stock basic need items across our locations.
Make a Comfort & Joy Donation
Give a one-time gift between $500-$5K to allow us to purchase gifts for our families throughout the Bay Area.
Organize a Comfort & Joy Holiday Drive
Make it a team effort!
Ask your group to bring wish list items
Contact us to organize a drop-off of presents at either one of our Houses at Stanford or Oakland.

Volunteer for Holiday Helper Shifts
Volunteer as a holiday helper at our toy shop locations! Activation activities include toy shop set up, gift wrapping, and delivering toys to RMHC Bay Area families.
Host a MegaBITES Holiday Meal *Stanford House Only*
Bring your team of 6-8 to our Stanford House and prepare holiday meals throughout November and December.
